Presentation Title (19/1):
"Why are we so normal?"

How to question absolutely everything in a world - and industry - that will never be the same again. Amy Kean believes we’re in the midst of a normality crisis. Fuelled by formulas and social technologies, our behaviours are becoming templatised and our outputs homogenous. But what does this mean for leadership and creativity (spoiler alert: it’s not great).
Join Amy as she takes you on a journey through the history of normal and how it’s weaved its way into our everyday professional lives, and why we need a bit of weirdness to make the world a less boring, and more human, place.
